PROJECT SUCCESS: ROLE OF ORGANISATION STRENGTHS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES

Purpose of the study: This research examines major organisation strength factors, important project management competencies, and criteria for success, their interrelationship.
 Methodology: A mixed-method approach is applied with a positivist stance to test validity proposed hypotheses. Based on detailed literature review five expert interviews, 'organisation strengths' are identified classified into three subcategories, making second-order construct. survey strategy used collect data from PMO individuals construction organisations. SmartPLS software analyse 97 responses.
